Lion A Z M Mainul Islam Received International Honor

In December 2019, the coronavirus was first detected in Wuhan, China. Then this deadly virus spread all over the world. In the beginning of March 2020, the infection of the coronavirus was detected in Bangladesh. After that, a terrible situation arose in the whole country.

Starting from ordinary people and those involved in healthcare, there is an unknown panic about the coronavirus. People became housebound due to the fear of the unseen virus. Lion A Z M Mainul Islam Palash, a famous peddler of humanity, then risked his life to distribute free soap, hand sanitizer, masks and Arsenicum Album 30, an anti-Covid-19 corona virus.

Apart from being a youth social worker, he is also a writer, journalist and human rights activist. Currently, he is the publisher and editor of 'Crime Protidin' newspaper, founder and chairman of 'Oparadh Mukto Bangladesh Chai (omubaca)' organization, executive member of 'SARC Journalist Forum' Bangladesh Chapter, organizing secretary of 'Federation of Bangladesh Journalist Organization (FBJO),' Member of Lion Club International, Founder and President of Kafarul Press Club, Vice President of Mirpur Press Club and serving in various organizations.

During the difficult times of the pandemic, when people are confined to their homes and avoiding their loved ones, the famous lion A ZM Mainul Islam Palash, a peddler of humanity, has set an example of unique humanity. As he has received the praise of all people for performing this difficult duty during the Corona period, he has also received special honors from various organizations. In continuation of that, he got the Indo-Bangla-Nepal International Media Conclave-2023 international award.

Lion A Z M Mainul Islam Palash said in a response after receiving the award, "Not to build illegal wealth of crores of rupees, but to build a crime-free Bangladesh with the love of crores of people"; "Man for man, let this be man's religion".

He also said that it was beyond imagination that such a situation would arise like an epidemic in the whole world. My aim was to serve people in humanitarian disaster. It was my dream since childhood to work for the welfare of people, I am doing it, InshAllah I will do it even before I die. Everyone pray for me.

It is to be noted that this award was given at the Indo-Bangla-Nepal International Media Conclave-2023 event last Wednesday (May 17, 2023) at the international hall of Five Star Hotel Clack Siraj in Agra city, famous for the traditional Taj Mahal of Uttar Pradesh, India.

The International Media Conclave was attended by Union Law and Justice Minister Professor SP Singh Baghel as Chief Guest, Uttar Pradesh Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay as Chief Discussant. SAARC Journalist Forum Central Committee President Raju Lama, General Editor Abdur Rahman, UP Journalist Association President Shiv Manohar Pandey and SAARC Journalist Forum Central Committee Executive Member Professor Smita Mishra were present as special guests.

Apart from this, Vinod Agnihotri, Editor of Hindi Daily Amar Uzla, Arun Tripathi, Columnist and Journalist of Indian Express were present in this International Media Conclave. About three hundred journalists from India, Nepal and Bangladesh including Ashok Agnihotri, Vivek Jain, Sanjay Tripathi, head of Agra Press Club.
